Order Cancellations / Exchange

You can cancel the order before it has been shipped. For cancellations, please WhatsApp us at +91 6289 775 347.

Please note: The User is responsible for covering the Return/Exchange shipping charge.

Exchange/Returns

Once the product has been delivered to the User after purchase from the Platform and if you are unhappy with our product, all returns or exchanges of the product shall be governed by and subject to the Terms of Use as well as the below elaborated Return and Exchange Policies. Return/Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

• Damaged item delivered

• Wrong item delivered

• Wrong size delivered

• Genuine size issues

• Genuine quality issues

In case of any such discrepancy, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. WhatsApp us at +91 6289 775 347 and share images of the product along with the shipping label.

We offer a ‘no questions asked’ exchange policy for all (reverse shipping to be done & borne by the customer). If you wish to return/exchange, you may self-return the product to our Returns Desk/Warehouse.

The refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the return. A deduction of ₹99 will be applied to the refund amount to cover processing fees.

In case of initiating the same, please WhatsApp us at +91 6289 775 347 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Return Conditions:

• The product should be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and all the tags must be intact.

• Please mention the Order Number of the returned product on the package.

• Certain items may not be eligible for exchange, such as personalized or customized products.

• In case of exchanges with a product of a lower price, the balance amount will be added to the customer’s store credit.

• International orders cannot be exchanged.

• Products purchased under the Sale category are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

• Products purchased with coupon codes are eligible for exchanges but are not refundable.

To initiate an exchange, the customer must send the following information via WhatsApp at +91 6289 775 347:

• An unboxing video of the package received (return requests will only be accepted with this video along with your Order Number).

• A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above criteria or if the exchange policy is abused.

Product Disclaimer

Embroidery and Color:
We regard the inherent qualities of our products with utmost care and ensure their quality. However, due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery or any color bleeding.

Sizing:
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric, and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit, while others are more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size or fit best suitable for you. Due to the nature of different fabrics, measurements can differ marginally.

Color Display:
We have done our best to display the product colors accurately. However, the color of physical products may vary from the website display due to monitor settings, visual display differences, image resolution, or lighting during photography.

Wash Care:
We request you to read and follow the washing instructions mentioned on the product tag to avoid any damage.

The Company reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of the above policy terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
