Please note: The User is responsible for covering the Exchange shipping charge.
Exchange/Returns
Once the product has been delivered to the User after purchase from the Platform and if you are unhappy with our product, all returns or Exchange of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of Use as well as the below elaborated Return and Exchange Policies. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

In case of any such discrepancy, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, please WhatsApp us @ +919062244964. Please share images of the product along with shipping label.
We offer ‘no questions asked’ exchange policy for all (reverse shipping to be done & borne by customer). If you wish to return/exchange you may self-return the product to our Returns desk/Warehouse.
The refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the return.
In case of initiating the same, please WhatsApp us @+919062244964 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
The product should be unused, unaltered, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention the Order number of the returned product on the package.
Certain items may not be eligible for exchange, such as personalized or customized products.
In case of exchanges with product of a lower price, balance amount will be added to customer’s store credit
International orders cannot be Exchange.
Products purchased under Sale category are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
Products purchased with coupon codes are eligible for exchanges but are not refundable.
To initiate an exchange, the customer must send the following information to the provided number:
- An unboxing video of the package received. Please note, that the return request will only be accepted when the unboxing video along with your Order Number will be shared through WhatsApp @+91 90622 44964.
- A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above criteria or if the exchange policy is abused.

Embroidery and Color
We regard the inherent qualities of our products with utmost care and we ensure the quality of our products but due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery or any color bleeding therein.
Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of every garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size or fit which is best suitable for you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.
Color Display
We have done our best to display the colors of the products shown on this website as accurate as possible. However, the color of the physical products may be different from the ones displayed on the website which could be due to the settings of your monitor or color of your visual display or resolution of the image or lights used while taking the photographs of the products.
Wash care
We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as mentioned on the tag of the product and follow the same to avoid any damages to it.
